Traders Introduces Easy Mobile Ordering 'T Cafe Order' Across All Stores
Traders Value-for-Money Food Court T Cafe
"Will Enhance Customer Payment Convenience"
T Cafe, the food court of Traders Wholesale Club, announced on the 24th that it will introduce the easy mobile ordering system 'T Cafe Order' without app installation to all 22 stores starting on the 26th.
Since the opening of the first Traders store, T Cafe has continuously launched menus that satisfy both taste and cost-effectiveness, including the Americano sold for 1,000 won, the representative food item 'Bulgogi Pizza (18,800 won)', and the 3,900 won 'Double Meat Cheeseburger Set'. T Cafe has been enjoying popularity, recording a cumulative growth rate of 18% from January to August compared to the same period last year.
T Cafe Order allows customers to place orders and make payments by simply scanning the QR code displayed at each store and verifying their phone number once. After receiving the order number via KakaoTalk message, customers can pick up their food when their number appears on the electronic display board.
Previously, orders could only be placed through face-to-face counters and kiosks, which caused some inconvenience due to waiting lines during busy weekends or meal times. With the introduction of T Cafe Order, customers will no longer need to wait in line, greatly improving ordering convenience during peak hours. In fact, during a four-week pilot operation starting August 29 at Traders Guseong and Gimpo stores, one out of every ten T Cafe customers used T Cafe Order.
