LS Group's electric vehicle charging infrastructure business affiliate, LS E-Link, received significant interest from institutional investors and others during a presentation held prior to its KOSDAQ listing. The company expressed confidence, stating that it plans to use the funds raised after the KOSDAQ listing for global business expansion and other purposes.
On the 13th, LS E-Link announced that it successfully completed pre-IPO roadshows (NDR) conducted domestically and internationally since July, in collaboration with its lead underwriters Mirae Asset Securities and Korea Investment & Securities. The pre-IPO NDRs were held not only in Korea but also overseas in locations such as Singapore and Hong Kong.
During the presentation, LS E-Link introduced differentiated charging solutions that overcome spatial and temporal constraints, targeting transportation and logistics companies.
A company representative said, "We received positive feedback on the potential and growth prospects of the electric vehicle (EV) commercial vehicle market, which is growing faster compared to passenger cars. It was also noted that our long-term partnerships with transportation and logistics company clients through joint ventures (JVs) support a stable revenue structure."
Following the presentation, LS E-Link held separate meetings with about 30 institutional investors.
LS E-Link applied for preliminary review for its KOSDAQ listing at the end of last month.
