Shinhan Bank to Restrict Jeonse Loans for Single-Homeowners
Shinhan Bank will, in principle, restrict jeonse loan financing for homeowners, following Woori Bank.
According to the financial sector on the 12th, Shinhan Bank decided to limit the handling of jeonse loans for those who already own a house and for newly supplied (unregistered) housing starting from the 13th.
However, jeonse loans are available for genuine demanders who own one house themselves or with their spouse, provided it is not an apartment worth over 300 million won in speculative or speculative overheating zones, and for tenants of newly supplied housing who are genuine demanders.
