Mad Engine Incorporated as a Subsidiary of Wemade Max
Wemade Max announced on the 10th that it will incorporate Mad Engine, the developer of the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) 'Night Crow,' as a subsidiary through a stock exchange.
Accordingly, Mad Engine's shares will be transferred to Wemade Max, and shareholders subject to the stock exchange will receive 260.8557326 Wemade Max shares for each Mad Engine share.
The record date for shareholders is October 17, and the exchange date is December 17.
