"BTS hyanghu banghyangseong, nugudo gangyo hal gwolli eopseo"
Amid calls for the withdrawal of BTS member Suga over the 'drunk scooter' controversy, ARMYs (BTS fandom) from 58 countries around the world have expressed their support for the seven members of BTS.
On the 9th, 127 ARMY groups from 58 countries issued a joint statement, saying, "The Global ARMY Alliance does not demand any responsibility beyond the legal procedures from the member." They emphasized, "We clearly state that no one has the right to force BTS regarding their future direction."
The ARMYs also addressed the 'Suga withdrawal survey' raised by some, stating, "The form lacks any function to verify identity or prove ARMY status, allowing even anti-fans to participate freely," and added, "The consent form, conducted in such a sloppy manner without basic measures to confirm participants, does not represent the fandom."
