KCGI Asset Management Celebrates 1st Anniversary of Name Change by Gathering Customer Feedback
Customer Asset Growth and Communication Demands with Customers
KCGI Asset Management conducted a survey throughout August with 3,850 customers to commemorate the first anniversary of its name change, asking about their expectations for the company.
Among the respondents, 3 out of 10 customers (29.1%) answered "growth of customer assets." This was followed by answers related to communication with customers (13.1%), trust and transparency (11.2%), and continuous growth (9.1%).
KCGI Asset Management explained that the growth of customer assets is the essence of asset management. Among the 1,119 customers who responded to the survey, many requested maximizing investment returns with comments such as ▲Please make investors wealthy ▲Please grow assets well ▲Help us achieve economic freedom.
As fund products have diversified, quite a few customers also asked for enhanced communication regarding product structures and management processes. They requested expanded communication through YouTube or seminars, strengthened customer consultation services, and financial education and lectures.
There were also requests to fulfill the responsibility (Fiduciary duty) as trustees of customer asset management.
