Samsung SDS's services, including the generative AI platform 'FabriX' and the generative AI-based collaboration solution 'Brity Copilot,' have been adopted by over 100 companies and are used by more than 150,000 people.

Samsung SDS plans to expand the AI service stage globally through its partnership. FabriX will be provided to global customers based on Microsoft's cloud platform, Azure.

The new feature of Brity Copilot, the Personal Agent, was also unveiled. The Personal Agent performs the role of a personal assistant by providing key schedule and work briefings, recommending tasks based on priority, offering real-time multilingual interpretation during video meetings, and handling voice-based work, all based on individual work data.

A new Multi-Agent feature will be added, allowing customers to create AI agents that perform tasks on their behalf through the Agent Studio. These agents communicate autonomously with each other by process and propose solutions.

The event also highlighted the GPU alliance among Samsung SDS, Dell, and NVIDIA. Keynote speakers included Michael Dell, Chairman of Dell Technologies, and Jerry Chen, Global Head of Manufacturing and Industrial Business Development at NVIDIA. Senior executives from global partners such as Mark Souza, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Microsoft Asia, and Jo Wilson, Global CTO of Workday, also participated.

Chairman Dell said, "As Dell Technologies and Samsung SDS have been partners for decades, we will continue to join Samsung SDS on the journey of innovation." Chen stated, "We will continue to strengthen cooperation between the Samsung cloud platform and NVIDIA for a GPU-centered AI cloud."

Samsung SDS CEO Hwang Sung-woo emphasized in his keynote speech, "Generative AI is transforming computer interfaces to operate by listening to natural language commands and understanding human intent," adding, "We will develop the Samsung cloud platform into a GPU-centered AI cloud so that enterprise customers can easily utilize these changes."
