This agreement was promoted to address the chronic labor shortage in the hotel industry. From September to the end of the year, the Organization and Hotel HDC plan to operate hotel service job training and on-site internship programs for job seekers wishing to work in hotels.
The Organization will run a customized job training course to develop job competencies in the hotel service field for young people aged 19 to 39 who wish to work in hotels. This training course aims to discover and nurture new talent from various groups, including university students and other young job seekers, women with work experience, and international students majoring in related fields.
Hotel HDC will conduct on-site internships at Park Hyatt Seoul, Andaz Seoul Gangnam, and other locations for job training graduates over two months starting in November. After the internships, both parties will continue to support various services for employment, such as job consulting and job matching.
