Gyeonggi Office of Education Introduces 'Visiting Pre-Consulting' Service
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct a 'Visiting Pre-Consultation' for the first time this year to support proactive administration by its employees.
Pre-consultation is a system where, when there are unclear systems or regulations or no precedents causing obstacles to proactive administration, opinions are sought from the audit body, which then reviews and provides feedback.
The visiting pre-consultation departs from the passive method of existing pre-consultations by directly visiting frontline sites.
Starting from the 26th of this month, the Office of Education will accept long-standing unresolved issues or current matters in areas such as budget, accounting, and property management from education support offices, affiliated institutions, and schools.
Then, in September and October, they will open consultation desks on-site to listen to difficulties and review the appropriateness and validity of tasks, proposing solutions.
