Chungnam Office of Education Implements Active COVID-19 Monitoring System
The Chungnam Office of Education announced on the 20th that it will operate an active monitoring system in response to the spread of COVID-19.
The office has provided schools with 'COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines' and instructed them to check the health status of students and staff daily.
If a student is confirmed to have COVID-19 and experiences symptoms such as high fever or respiratory issues, they will be allowed to return to school only after recovery, and their attendance will be recognized during the absence.
Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol said, "We will establish a school quarantine system so that students and staff can receive education in a safe environment, free from infectious diseases."
