Hapcheon County Recruiting Participants for Urban Regeneration Hobby Classes
Free Classes on Line Dance, Calligraphy, and Magic
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province is recruiting participants for the 'Hapcheon-eup Community Revitalization Program' for local residents, which will be operated from September to December.
This project is a detailed initiative under the Hapcheon-eup urban regeneration project, aiming to strengthen residents' capabilities and promote community revitalization within the local society. It will be carried out annually until 2026.
This year's program includes a variety of classes such as line dance, calligraphy, and intermediate-level magic. Residents can choose and participate in the fields they are interested in.
In particular, specialized certification courses such as smartphone usage instructor and local creator are also offered, which are expected to help create job opportunities for local residents.
The number of participants is about 15 per program. All courses are offered free of charge, including textbooks and material fees, so residents can participate without financial burden.
Applications are accepted until September 9. Any local resident can apply. Applications can be submitted by visiting the Hapcheon-gun Urban Regeneration Support Center next to the 2nd Hapcheon-gun Office, submitting via online Google Form, or by phone.
An official from the county said, "We hope that through this program, residents will develop various competencies and contribute to the development of the local community. We look forward to the active participation of many residents."
