Mapo-gu (Mayor Park Gang-su) held the initial briefing session for the Eulji Exercise on the morning of the 19th at the Disaster and Safety Situation Room of Mapo-gu Office.
The initial briefing session for the Eulji Exercise, which started at 10:30 AM, was attended by Mayor Park Gang-su of Mapo-gu Office along with related organizations such as Mapo Police Station and Mapo Fire Station.
During this initial briefing session, a promotional video was shown, and the exercise overview and main exercise plans were reviewed, along with a report on the operation plan for the wartime budget.
On this day, Mayor Park Gang-su of Mapo-gu said, “With ongoing provocations from North Korea and the Russia-Ukraine war, establishing a security posture around the Korean Peninsula is more important than ever,” adding, “Please do your best to protect the safety of residents during wartime situations through realistic training.”
