Gyeonggi-do 'Jeonse Damage Housing Management and Maintenance' Survey
Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Jeonse Damage Support Center, together with Suwon City, are launching a sample survey service on the management and maintenance of jeonse-damaged houses located in Suwon.
This service involves on-site investigations into whether the payment systems for management fees and various shared usage fees are functioning properly, as well as the actual status of defect repairs in exclusive and common areas. Based on the management status of jeonse-damaged houses, active consideration will be given to public support measures.
It is also known that the results of this survey will be included in the amendment of the "Special Act on Support for Jeonse Fraud Victims and Housing Stability," which is currently under revision.
