Jang Guk-hee, the South Korean women's shotgun skeet national representative, failed to advance to the finals.
On the 4th (local time), Jang Guk-hee hit 44 out of 50 targets in the second day of the women's skeet qualification round at the 2024 Paris Olympics shooting event, missing 6 shots. Her combined score with the first day of qualification was 115 points, placing her 21st overall.
Skeet is a shooting event where competitors move between stations and shoot clay targets flying from both sides. The qualification round is held over two days, with three rounds of 25 shots each (75 shots total) on the first day. On the second day, two rounds of 25 shots (50 shots total) are completed, and the top six advance to the finals.
