Gumi City and Gumi Chamber of Commerce Host 3rd "The World Through Galaxy" Photo Contest Event
Photo Event to Be Held in Gumi on July 27
Gumi City in North Gyeongsang Province and the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the "3rd Galaxy View of the World Photo Contest" photo event on July 27.
For this photo event, 35 participants who registered on a first-come, first-served basis traveled from Seocho District Office in Seoul to Gumi, visiting locations such as Gumi Daonsup, Gumi Ecoland, and Shilla Buddhism Choeonje.
While last year's photo event showcased the beautiful nature of Gumi, this year participants visited sites contributing to carbon neutrality and creating diverse cultural spaces within the city, highlighting the new charms of Gumi as an eco-friendly cultural city.
The "3rd Galaxy View of the World Photo Contest," which has completed its photo event, is being held under two themes: "Every Corner of the Country, Capture My Workplace!" and "Exploring Gumi in Depth, How Far Have You Been in Gumi?" This year, awards will also be presented by theme.
The contest is open for submissions through the website until 6 p.m. on August 30, and visitors can also check out various ongoing event updates on the site.
Additionally, the locations visited during this event are also featured in the promotional video "Sebiga Ganda" for the contest. If you upload stories of your visit to these locations on social media by August 29, you can participate in the Gumi Visit Certification Event and receive various prizes.
Gumi City and the Gumi Chamber of Commerce and Industry are also running the "2nd LG Video Contest I Create." If you wish to submit a video related to LG or Gumi, you can do so through the "2nd LG Video Contest I Create" website.
