The Gwangjin District Council (Chairperson Jeon Eun-hye) research group for council members, the ‘Research Association for Environment and Sustainable Development (Representative Ko Sang-soon),’ held a meeting with Shinyang Gaonhoe at the briefing room on the 1st to promote an environmental campaign.
The ‘Gwangjin District Council Research Association for Environment and Sustainable Development’ was formed to develop a Gwangjin-type sustainable development model by researching educational programs for environmental protection and sustainable development, led by Representative Ko Sang-soon, along with members Kim Sang-hee (secretary), Chu Yoon-gu, Shin Jin-ho, Kim Sang-bae, and Choi Il-hwan.
At the meeting, Namgung Yong-seok, representative of Shinyang Gaonhoe, and related officials attended and had a discussion on the theme of environmental campaigns around Jayang Retention Basin and the Han River area.
Shinyang Gaonhoe started from the Seoul Shinyang Elementary School Alumni Association and continuously contributes to social service for the local community.
