Haniye Assassination Site Revealed... Precisely Targeted 'Surgical Attack' on a Single Location
Only the Upper Floors Where Hani Stayed Were Precisely Damaged
A building in Tehran, Iran, presumed to be the site where Ismail Haniyeh, the top political leader of the Palestinian armed faction Hamas, was assassinated, has been revealed. The mansion near the palace where major Iranian government events are held shows clear signs of a precision strike.

The New York Times (NYT) reported on the 1st (local time) that a photo of a six-story building with one corner damaged was presented, and Iranian officials confirmed that Haniyeh was killed there.
NYT explained that this photo was posted on the Telegram channel of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, a group of Iran’s political and military elites. According to the report, the building in the photo is located in the Zafaraniyeh area in northern Tehran. Zafaraniyeh is known as a wealthy district housing upscale residences, foreign embassies, and galleries.
In the photo, the upper corner of the building appears damaged, with parts of the wall seemingly fallen off. The damaged section of the building is covered with a green cloth.
The rest of the building appears relatively intact, indicating that a highly precise strike was carried out. Khalil al-Hayya, the second-in-command of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, stated in a briefing the day before, "A missile flew into Haniyeh’s room and exploded," adding, "Due to the explosion, Haniyeh and his bodyguard were killed, and the door, windows, and walls were severely damaged."
Global media outlets are analyzing that it is highly likely that a fighter jet or drone fired a missile targeting Haniyeh’s room. Israel, engaged in war with Hamas, is known to have deployed drones equipped with Hellfire R9X missiles for assassination operations against Hamas leadership.

Known as the "Ninja missile," this missile unfolds six blades instead of exploding upon hitting the target, slicing through the surrounding area. It was developed to minimize collateral damage. The reason claims arise that a precision weapon like the R9X was used is due to the building’s damage being limited to a very small area, reducing collateral damage.
