'Special Event: Ride Gwangju Urban Railway, Collect Stamps, and Receive Gifts'
August 1-23 'Find Ssinga and Friends!' Stamp Tour
Gwangju Urban Railway offers children a special kind of fun.
Gwangju Transportation Corporation announced on the 31st that, together with the National Asia Culture Center Foundation, it will hold the ‘Find Singa and Friends!’ stamp tour from August 1 to 23, allowing children to enjoy public transportation and receive generous gifts.
The event is targeted at children in elementary school and younger. Participants can join by visiting 3 out of 6 mission stations, including Namgwangju Station, and collecting stamps of the corporation’s characters on a leaflet.
The leaflets are distributed at each Gwangju Urban Railway station or at the National Asia Culture Center Children’s Cultural Center.
After collecting all three stamps at the urban railway stations, participants can visit the National Asia Culture Center Children’s Cultural Center to receive a mission completion stamp. The first 400 participants will receive a set of 4 character keyrings from the corporation and a postcard capturing the refreshing summer. Additionally, those who participate in the event feedback survey will receive tattoo stickers that children love.
For more details about this stamp tour, information is available on the corporation’s blog or through the Cultural Promotion Team.
