Fencing women's sabre athlete Choi Sae-bin (Jeonnam Provincial Office) narrowly missed out on the bronze medal. On the 29th (local time), at the Grand Palais in Paris, France, she lost 14-15 to Ukraine's Olga Kharlan in the bronze medal match of the women's sabre individual event at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Although she failed to win a medal, there were gains.
