'Ssangyong The Platinum Nature' Official Contract from the 29th
Ssangyong Construction will conduct the official contract signing for ‘Ssangyong The Platinum Nature,’ which was sold in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, from the 29th (Monday) to the 31st (Wednesday).
As a rare new apartment in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, where many old houses exist, it is expected to benefit from the premium of the upcoming Eupnae Station area, scheduled to open in 2028. With the only interest-free mid-payment benefit in Daejeon and a fixed contract deposit (first payment) of 10 million KRW, the initial financial burden is low, and resale is possible after six months.

According to data from Real Estate 114 Labs, Daejeon has the highest ratio of apartments over 20 years old at 60% among metropolitan cities nationwide, higher than Busan (55%), Gwangju (55%), Ulsan (54%), Daegu (50%), and Incheon (47%).
In particular, in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, three out of four apartments are over 20 years old, making new apartments extremely rare.
Additionally, amid the trend of choosing small apartments of 59㎡ (25 pyeong) due to high prices and high-interest burdens in the apartment sales market, ‘Ssangyong The Platinum Nature,’ which includes 59㎡ units with lower loan and sale price burdens, is attracting attention.
‘Ssangyong The Platinum Nature’ boasts one of the best public transportation networks in Daejeon, with 11 bus routes connected right in front of the complex. When the Line 2 tram line, connecting the entire city of Daejeon and scheduled to start construction this year, opens (expected in 2028), the Eupnae Station (tentative name) will be located right in front of the complex.

Additionally, nearby are Gyejoksan Mountain, known for its red soil trails and hiking paths, Hanbat Arboretum, and Songchon Sports Park.
Eupnae-dong, where ‘Ssangyong The Platinum Nature’ will be located, is also characterized by the concentration of Daejeon’s largest industrial complexes, including Daejeon 1st and 2nd General Industrial Complexes, Pyeongchon Small and Medium Enterprise Complex, and Daejeon Venture Cooperative Complex. It meets the criteria for proximity to workplaces for about 25,000 workers commuting to this area.
Near the project site, with the planned relocation of Daedeok-gu Office (scheduled for 2026), the Yeonchuk District Urban Development Project with about 1,500 households and the Hyoja District Residential Environment Improvement Project with about 1,600 households are planned, increasing the potential for development as a representative residential area of Daedeok-gu.
