Simmons to Take Responsibility for Delivery of Products Worth 400 Million Won Purchased via Tmon
Simmons has decided to complete product deliveries despite the payment suspension incident caused by TMON.
On the 25th, Simmons announced that it will finish delivering products worth approximately 400 million KRW in transaction amounts for which consumer payments have already been completed on TMON.
In the uncertain situation regarding TMON's payments to distributors, Simmons considered minimizing consumer damage as the company's social responsibility and made this decision.
Jung Ho An, CEO of Simmons, stated, "It is not right to pass on inconvenience to consumers due to concerns that the company might suffer losses. We will first resolve consumers' discomfort and anxiety, and then carefully work things out with TMON. Trust with customers is our top priority."
