BNK Busan Bank Ranks First in Korea Service Quality Index for Three Consecutive Years
Service Quality Selection for Local Bank Business Divisions on the 24th
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) announced on the 24th that it has been selected as the top company for service quality in the regional bank industry for the third consecutive year in the '2024 Korean Service Quality Index (KSQI) Customer Contact Sector' announced by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).

View original image'KSQI' is a system that surveys and announces 'consumer perceived satisfaction' regarding the service quality of 140 companies and institutions across 34 industries. A professional evaluation team directly experiences and evaluates the services in the same environment as customers.
Busan Bank has been conducting a 'CS (Customer Service) Customized Coaching' program for branch employees every month. In addition, through an integrated mobile satisfaction survey system, the bank has responded promptly not only to customers visiting branches but also to those using non-face-to-face channels.
In particular, Busan Bank is taking the lead in protecting the rights and interests of financial consumers by reflecting customer feedback in product development, strengthening services, improving systems, and utilizing a dedicated organization to prevent incomplete sales and enhance consumer protection activities.
Furthermore, to strengthen support for financially vulnerable groups, the bank operates the Senior Supporters System, Happy Finance Customized Counters, Visiting Busan Bank Senior Counters, and Dedicated Senior Consultation Centers. It is also working to enhance communication and services for customers who are digitally marginalized in finance.
