Superfect Sports Academy is an educational and cultural institution established to establish e-sports popular culture and discover and nurture potential professional gamers. The academy provides educational services with an instructor team composed of former Major League coaches and professional players, along with counseling experts who understand the unique characteristics of the e-sports industry.
The agreement was made as part of Ajou Welfare Foundation’s “Visiting Dream Finding” project. Visiting Dream Finding is a social contribution program where external professional instructors visit local children’s centers and other places every month to provide children and adolescents from vulnerable groups in welfare blind spots with various career experiences. It started in Dongdaemun-gu in 2017 and has expanded to operate throughout Seoul.
Through this agreement, Ajou Welfare Foundation will identify children participating in Visiting Dream Finding who have talents in the e-sports field and connect them with the e-sports academy program. In addition, various education and solutions will be provided for children interested in careers such as e-sports departments and professional gamers.
