'Death Threat' Stalker Arrested Just Before Taylor Swift's Germany Concert
A man who stalked American pop star Taylor Swift was arrested by police just before her tour in Germany.
According to local media on the 18th (local time), German police arrested the suspect on the evening of the 17th near the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen, western Germany, following a report from the concert organizers.
The 34-year-old American suspect had also followed Swift in Nebraska, USA, and was known to security personnel for threatening to kill Taylor Swift on social media, according to the daily Bild.
Swift has been subjected to multiple stalking incidents. In February this year, she warned that she would take legal action against an X (formerly Twitter) account operator who tracked her private jet.
