Employment and Job Government Site Access Restored... "All Systems Operating Normally"
System Outage Including Goyong24 Temporarily Disrupts Services in the Morning
On the morning of the 18th, the employment information systems such as Goyong24, Worknet, and Employment Insurance temporarily went down but have now been restored.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor stated, "Since 11:57 AM, all systems have been operating normally."
Earlier that day, from around 9:15 AM, access to Goyong24, Worknet, Employment Insurance, HRD-Net, EPS, the Employment Irum homepage (including mobile), apps, and work processing systems was unavailable.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor attributed the access disruption to one of the two databases used by Goyong24 stopping. As an emergency measure, they switched to using the remaining operational database to allow service use.

The ministry added, "For visitors to employment centers regarding unemployment benefits, manual registration was conducted and will be processed after system recovery. If necessary, the unemployment recognition date was advised to be postponed by one day. We will analyze the cause of the database stoppage and do our best to prevent recurrence of such disruptions."
