BPA Selects Farmers Food Lab as Preferred Negotiation Partner for Bukhang Marina Commercial Facilities
Final Selection in August, Facility to Open Within the Year
Farmers Food Lab has been selected as the preferred bidder for the operation of the commercial facilities at Busan North Port Marina.
The Busan Port Authority (BPA) announced on the 17th that, as a result of an open competitive bidding process for the operator of the "Busan North Port Marina Commercial Facilities" within the Busan Port redevelopment site, Farmers Food Lab was chosen as the preferred negotiation partner.
Busan Port Authority will conduct detailed negotiations with Farmers Food Lab regarding the operation plan, select the final operator in August, and, after a preparation period, plans to open the marina commercial facilities within the year.
If selected as the final operator, the company will operate the North Port Marina commercial facilities (including waterfront cafes, F&B, retail stores, and accommodations) for up to 10 years (5+5 years).
