National Gwangju Science Museum - Gwangju Education Research Information Center Joint Information Gifted Camp Successfully Concluded
The National Gwangju Science Museum announced on the 17th that it operated a 2-day, 1-night 'Information Gifted Camp' for nurturing creative talents in collaboration with the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education Research and Information Center on the 13th and 14th.
Under the theme "Mission: Protect the Sustainable Earth!", this camp featured special lectures on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the UN, a global agenda, and was conducted in a format where participants expressed creative solutions through AI-generated outputs.
Notably, this camp attracted attention as the Gwangju Education Research and Information Center directly planned a 12-hour camp curriculum linked to the existing gifted education program, which was integrated into a project-based camp organized by the National Gwangju Science Museum, with teachers and instructors from both institutions jointly operating the program.
