Record 150 Outstanding Cases of Class Innovation Discovered
Driving Force for Improving Classes to Foster Future Talent
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Ha Yoonsu) held the 'Busan Digital-Based Class Innovation Case Study Competition Awards Ceremony' at the main auditorium of the Office of Education on the 16th.
The awards ceremony was attended by 150 teachers from elementary, middle, and high schools (including special schools) who received awards, and included the presentation of certificates, a congratulatory speech by the superintendent, a special lecture on outstanding class innovation cases, and information about the national competition.
The '2024 Busan Digital-Based Class Innovation Case Study Competition' was promoted with a focus on discovering AI and digital-based future-oriented teaching and learning models, and sharing and spreading outstanding class cases that foster future core competencies.
As a result of efforts to discover diverse and creative class cases through improvements to the competition system, briefings, consulting, and special lectures for participating teachers, a record 150 outstanding digital-based class innovation cases have been discovered since 2021.
Award-winning teachers will share their excellent class cases by opening their classes and sharing case studies at events such as the Class Sharing Relay and Busan Education Festival, and will participate in the national competition.

Ha Yoonsu, Superintendent of Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, said, "When classes are properly established, schools stand strong and hope for future education opens up," and added, "I expect that the achievements of this research competition will serve as a foundation for improving classroom instruction and strengthening students' future competencies."
