89 Cases of Traffic Law Violations Including Unlicensed Driving Detected

View original imageThe Chungnam Provincial Police Agency announced on the 12th that it had detected 28 cases during a nighttime drunk driving crackdown.
The police deployed about 500 officers across the Chungnam region the previous day to conduct the operation. As a result, 9 cases led to license revocation and 19 to license suspension, totaling 28 violations.
In addition, 2 cases of driving without a license and 89 other traffic law violations, such as not wearing seat belts, were also detected.
Notably, 8 cases of drunk driving were detected on the Sehae-ro in Dangjin alone, while in Gongju, 3 cases of drunk driving, 29 notifications of penalty imposition, and 11 vehicles with unpaid fines were identified.
A representative from the Chungnam Provincial Police Agency stated, "We will continue to conduct regular drunk driving crackdowns and enforce traffic law violations throughout Chungnam," and urged, "Please join us in eradicating drunk driving and complying with traffic regulations."
