Chungnam Fire Department Develops AI Program for 'Heavy Rain Warning Rescue Demand Prediction'
Securing Golden Time for Rescue by Classifying Risk Levels by Region
The Chungnam Fire Headquarters announced on the 4th that it has developed an artificial intelligence program for 'Heavy Rainfall Warning Rescue Demand Prediction' in preparation for heavy rains.
The provincial fire headquarters developed the AI program to prepare for situations where the dispatch teams may become insufficient due to simultaneous reports, including non-emergency situations.
This program classifies risk levels by region through analysis of years of rescue activities, climate, terrain, and other data to secure the golden time for life-saving rescues.
The provincial fire headquarters plans to showcase this program at the 119 Fire Policy Conference in October.
