[Europe Open] Early Rise in Stocks... France Up 2% on Early Election Results Showing 'Far-Right Victory'
On the 1st (Korean time), major European stock markets showed an upward trend in early trading.
As of 5:03 PM that day, the UK FTSE index rose 0.46% from the previous trading day to 8201.97. In France, where an early general election was held the day before, the CAC index was trading at 7631.08, up 2.03% at the same time. The German DAX index increased 0.53% from the previous trading day to 18,331.43. The Euro Stoxx 600 index was up 0.74% at 515.20.
