Korean National Police University Holds 'International White Hat Academic Conference' with Boston University, USA
The Korean National Police University announced on the 27th that it will hold the '2024 International White Hat Academic Conference' with Boston University in the United States until the 28th.
The International White Hat Academic Conference aims to advance cybercrime investigations in response to innovative technologies and changes in the international environment. Boston University has been hosting the conference annually since 2021 with support from the U.S. Department of Justice.
This year's theme is "Defense Against Cybercrime in Preparation for Innovations in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Technology." On the first day, presentations and discussions will take place in four divisions, including "Artificial Intelligence & Robotics Engineering," chaired by Professor Kang Wook of the Korean National Police University. On the second day, the finals of the cyber investigation competition and a mock trial will be held.
