Incheon Airport Wins Asia's Best Logistics Airport Award
Awarded at the Hong Kong AFLAS Event
Incheon Airport was selected as the No. 1 airport in Asia at the Asia Airfreight Logistics Awards (AFLAS) hosted by Asia Cargo News.
On the 26th, Incheon International Airport Corporation announced that it received the Asia's Best Logistics Airport Award at the AFLAS event held in Shanghai, China the previous day.
Hong Kong-based Asia Cargo News conducts annual user satisfaction surveys targeting logistics industry professionals worldwide, evaluating based on criteria such as ▲cargo transport suitability of facilities ▲operational excellence ▲price competitiveness, and presents awards accordingly.
At this year’s ceremony, Incheon Airport was recognized as the standard for Asian logistics airports, surpassing prominent regional cargo airports such as Singapore Changi Airport, Shanghai Pudong Airport, and Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok Airport to be named Asia’s top airport.
The corporation analyzed that continuous expansion of logistics facilities and efforts to develop new logistics models for global delivery through Incheon Airport were key factors.
