Youngjin College and Daegu City Valley Industrial Complex Sign Industry-Academia Exchange Agreement in Various Fields
Youngjin College (President Choi Jaeyoung) announced on the 26th that it has signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement with the Daegu City Valley Industrial Complex Management Corporation (Chairman Cho Gwangho) and will collaborate for mutual development.

View original imageWith this agreement, the two organizations will establish a joint cooperation system to strengthen the competitiveness of the core industries of the Daegu City Valley Industrial Complex Management Corporation. They will also demonstrate partnership in various fields such as workforce training and customized education for the complex's core industries, education for foreign workers, employment for international students, as well as human and information exchange.
In addition, they agreed to cooperate in strengthening the competitiveness of the key industries of the Daegu City Valley Industrial Complex Management Corporation by supporting prototype development and production using the Youngjin College Business Support Center.
Choi Jaeyoung, President of Youngjin College, said, "By joining hands with the Daegu City Valley Industrial Complex Management Corporation, which is located nearby, we will actively cooperate to enhance the competitiveness of companies by utilizing the human and material infrastructure of our university," adding, "We will also do our best to support lifelong learning and self-development for employees of the companies in the complex."
The Daegu City Valley Industrial Complex Management Corporation manages four industrial complexes: the Geomdan Industrial Complex and Kumho Waterpolis in the Buk-gu area of Daegu, as well as the Ishiapolis and Yulha Urban Advanced Industrial Complexes in the Dong-gu area, supporting the management and production activities of tenant companies.
