Naver Launches EMBA Program for Executives
Naver has introduced an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program for its executives.
According to the IT industry on the 26th, Naver recently established an in-house EMBA program in collaboration with Seoul National University.
Last month, about 30 executive-level employees were selected as the first cohort of the EMBA program. The first cohort will receive education related to business strategy, management, marketing, and financial accounting until September.
The EMBA program was established based on the judgment that even executives with backgrounds as developers or designers need management knowledge upon promotion. Through the educational program, Naver plans to strengthen leadership capabilities and cultivate outstanding talent in various fields.
