Joint Operation of 'On-the-Job Reeducation Program'
The Korea Creative Content Agency announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement for 'professional workforce training in the content industry' with the short-form platform TikTok and virtual production solution company Disguise.
The agreement involves collaboratively preparing professional workforce training education for those working in the content industry and programs to nurture new content personnel. They will also jointly operate the 'K-Content On-the-Job Retraining Program' to enhance the job competencies of content industry workers.
Cho Hyun-rae, President of the Korea Creative Content Agency, stated, "This is part of laying the foundation to strengthen the global competitiveness and innovative growth of content industry workers," adding, "We will take the lead in providing professional education that enables the sustainable growth of K-Content."
The so-called 'Content Step Up' is a practical, work-centered education program involving current employees of leading global content industry companies. Approximately fifteen participants are selected per course to equip them with specialized knowledge and support their competitiveness in the global market.

Disguise, which won the 'Engineering, Science & Technology' category at the 2022 Emmy Awards, contributes to nurturing future talent in video technology and production industries such as visual effects (VFX) and computer graphics (CG).
