Busan Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency Holds Joint Campaign to Prevent Heat-Related Illnesses Among Mobile Workers
The Busan Eastern Branch of the Ministry of Employment and Labor (Branch Director Jeon Junhyeon) and the Busan Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (Director Gong Heungdu), together with the Busan Mobile Platform Worker Support Center (Director Hyun Jeonggil), conducted a joint campaign to prevent heat-related illnesses in preparation for the summer heatwave in the Jeonpo-dong area of Busanjin-gu at 1:00 p.m. on the 24th.

Banners promoting the three key rules for preventing heat-related illnesses?'Water, Shade, Rest'?were displayed to help prevent safety accidents caused by heatwaves and to spread a culture of safety.
Gong Heungdu, Director of the Busan Regional Headquarters of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, said, "It is important to follow the prevention rules for heat-related illnesses to prepare for the summer heatwave," and added, "I hope this campaign serves as an opportunity to spread a culture of safety, including the prevention of safety accidents for mobile workers who inevitably work outdoors."
