During the session, BPA provided detailed guidance on the overall bid contents, including evaluation criteria and items for selecting the transferee.
In parallel, BPA conducted integrity education for stakeholders on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act and the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and requested active cooperation for the public interest reporting system to eradicate illegal subleasing that goes against the purpose of developing the New Port hinterland complex.
The logistics warehouse facilities in the Bukcon hinterland complex, for which transferee companies are being recruited this time, include a site of 30,467.1 square meters in Yongwon-dong, Jinhae-gu, four buildings, and four temporary structures.
After the briefing, BPA will accept business proposals until September 11, form an evaluation committee within seven days, and select the preferred negotiation partner.
The company selected as the preferred negotiation partner will negotiate and sign a sales contract with the transferor company, then sign an implementation agreement with BPA and begin operations.
