Police Hold Forensic Science Idea Contest
Applications Accepted Until August 11
The National Police Agency announced on the 23rd that it will hold the "12th Forensic Science Idea Contest."
The theme of this contest is new techniques or equipment that can be applied to forensic science or ideas that can contribute to the advancement of forensic science. Applications can be submitted through the National Police Agency's forensic science website until August 11.
Submitted ideas will be comprehensively evaluated by internal and external experts based on effectiveness, creativity, and other criteria. A total of 13 outstanding works will be selected, and the winners will receive the Commissioner General's Award, encouragement awards, and prizes (1.5 million KRW for the grand prize, 500,000 KRW for excellence awards).
