Two hundred university students selected from graduates of the YLC (Young Leaders Club), an economic education program for university students run by the Korea Economic Leaders Association, will participate. Since its inception in 2002, YLC is a nationwide joint economic education program that has graduated over 5,500 university students up to the 45th session in the first half of this year.

The camp’s CEO special lecture speakers, Jeon Young-min, CEO of Lotte Ventures, and Ahn Se-jin, CEO of Lotte Future Strategy Institute, will give talks on the theme 'My Entrepreneurship.' The lectures will highlight 'creativity' and 'growing through failure' as core keywords of entrepreneurship.

CEO Jeon Young-min will emphasize that creativity is the distinguishing factor of humans in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and will urge students to cultivate creativity through extensive reading during their university years. CEO Ahn Se-jin will share that his driving force for growth was not success but 'failure,' delivering a lecture that young people who persistently challenge themselves without giving up will ultimately succeed.

The Lotte Human Resources Development Institute Osan Campus, which was completely renovated in 2021, houses the Founder Memorial Hall, containing records of the founder Shin Kyuk-ho’s challenges and passion. Participants will be able to directly see and feel the founder’s entrepreneurial spirit.

The Vision-Prunner program consists of CEO special lectures, production of entrepreneurship teaching materials for elementary students, an economic Golden Bell quiz, networking beyond regions, and a Future Tomorrow work experience project presentation.

The entrepreneurship teaching materials for elementary students are produced based on 'Entrepreneurship Economics,' translated and published by the Korea Economic Leaders Association in 2013, with additional ideas contributed by university students.

Outstanding participants will be given priority opportunities for follow-up education to enable them to work as university student instructors or mentors in elementary and middle schools.

Kim Chang-beom, Executive Vice Chairman of the Korea Economic Leaders Association, said, "What is important for young leaders who share the knowledge they have learned and fulfill their social roles is an unyielding spirit," adding, "We hope that entrepreneurship will spread throughout the younger generation through this camp."
