40-Year-Old Man Arrested for Stabbing Acquaintance with Bladed Weapon After Job Rejection
A man in his 40s was arrested by the police after stabbing someone with a weapon when his job offer was rejected by an acquaintance.
According to the Seongdong Police Station in Seoul on the 21st, Mr. A is accused of stabbing Mr. B with a weapon at a store in Seongdong-gu at 6:01 PM the previous day (attempted murder). Mr. B was immediately transported to a hospital after the incident and is reported to be in stable condition.
The police arrested Mr. A, who was coming up the stairs, just three minutes after the report was received. The two are known to each other as older and younger brothers, and it was confirmed that Mr. A purchased the weapon used in the crime at a nearby market on the day of the incident.
