Icheon City Operates the 'Running People's Petition'
Jointly with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission on the 4th of next month
Gyeonggi-do Icheon City, in collaboration with the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, will operate the 'Mobile People's Complaints Center' at the Gwango-dong Administrative Welfare Center on the 4th of next month.
The 'Mobile People's Complaints Center' is a field-oriented civil complaint resolution consultation system where specialized investigators from the Commission visit local areas to directly listen to residents' grievances and difficulties, and seek immediate solutions for complaints that can be handled on-site. The main consultation areas include administration, education, national defense, veterans affairs, police, finance, taxation, housing, architecture, urban planning, transportation, and roads.
During the consultations, partner organizations such as the Small Enterprise and Market Service and the Credit Recovery Committee will also provide advice on small business management support, debt adjustment and credit recovery, and everyday legal matters. Consultations will be conducted on a walk-in basis without prior reservation.
