Silla University and Busan Medical Center Sign Business Agreement with Local Medical Institutions for 'Future Well-Life School'
Shilla University (President Heo Namsik) has signed a business agreement with Busan Medical Center (Director Kim Hwitak) for the establishment of a Future Well-Life School.

View original imageOn the morning of the 19th at 10:30 AM, the signing ceremony was held in the medium conference room on the 8th floor of Busan Medical Center, attended by President Heo Namsik, Director Kim Hwitak, and other key officials from both institutions. The event proceeded in the following order: opening, introduction of attendees, report on the progress of the Glocal University 30 Project, greetings from the president of Shilla University and the director of Busan Medical Center, agreement signing, and commemorative photo session.
Through this agreement, both parties pledged mutual cooperation with the goal of driving the joint growth of the global well-life industry, including: ▲building an industry-academic cooperation network and sharing human and technological resources ▲nurturing talent in the local medical industry ▲establishing a system for efficient linkage between medical treatment and social services ▲providing benefits related to comprehensive health check-ups and hospital treatment ▲mutual cooperation in necessary fields for joint projects.
Kim Hwitak, Director of Busan Medical Center, stated, "I believe that a specialized university and a large-scale silver care complex in Busan are absolutely necessary. We will provide ample support from the medical center so that Shilla University can become the leading specialized university for silver care in Busan, and I hope that our mutually beneficial cooperation will continue in a win-win relationship."
Heo Namsik, President of Shilla University, said, "As our university is promoting the Glocal University 30 Project with silver care as a core task by specializing in the health and welfare sector, cooperation with local medical institutions is extremely important. We ask for the generous support of Busan Medical Center, a public medical institution, in establishing Shilla University as the leading specialized university for silver care and in forming a silver care complex in Busan."
