Through this app integration, consumers using the Accu-Chek Instant device can now manage their blood glucose more conveniently and systematically. Previously, blood glucose levels had to be recorded manually, but by linking with the Lulumedic app, blood glucose data can be recorded automatically. Moreover, users can easily access past blood glucose data stored in the meter, allowing them to monitor their health status more accurately. Functions to check and manage blood glucose changes in various situations such as before and after meals and exercise have also been added through this integration.
The Accu-Chek Instant blood glucose meter, which is the subject of this integration, is a third-generation product among Accu-Chek blood glucose meters and meets the accuracy evaluation standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 15197), providing reliable results. The test strips used in the Instant device have a wider absorption area for blood drops, making measurement easier, and a removal button has been added to the device for convenient test strip removal. Bluetooth functionality is also equipped to enhance convenience through linkage with diabetes management apps.
Roche Diagnostics Korea plans to continuously upgrade features and conduct various events to enable easy and convenient diabetes management by linking the Accu-Chek Instant device with the Lulumedic app.
