Gyeonggi-do 'Danolja Vacation Camp' Participants Recruitment... Applications Open from the 24th
Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Institute will begin recruiting participants for the Gyeonggi Future Education Campus summer vacation care program, 'Danolja Vacation Camp,' starting from the 24th of this month.
Danolja Vacation Camp is an overnight program organized by the Gyeonggi Lifelong Education Promotion Institute, targeting students from 4th grade elementary to 1st grade middle school, providing childcare, education, and tourism experience activities simultaneously.
The camp will recruit a total of 160 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, with 80 participants per session starting from the 24th of this month. The camp will be held for 4 nights and 5 days from August 5th to 16th at the Anpyeong and Paju campuses.
The main programs include ▲ experiential English programs with native speakers ▲ future education programs such as artificial intelligence (AI) coding and drone coding ▲ tours of museums and experience facilities within Gyeonggi Province ▲ physical activities and recreation ▲ programs to improve communication and collaboration skills through group living.
Jo Tae-hoon, Director of Lifelong Education at Gyeonggi Province, stated, "'Danolja Vacation Camp' is a program that provides opportunities for learning and growth to nurture creativity and social skills in future talents, and it will also be an opportunity to ease parents' concerns about childcare."
