The city gas supply pipeline installation project targets four areas, including Wonkyo Village, which are vulnerable to city gas supply due to the concentration of single-family homes. The project involves installing 2,420 meters of supply pipeline, and upon completion, city gas will be supplied to 221 households.
The construction of the Hamyang Insanga Bamboo Salt Food Manufacturing Plant in the Juknim-ri area of Hamyang-eup involves building a total of four structures, including a bamboo salt factory and a logistics warehouse. Since the groundbreaking ceremony in March, the project has been accelerating with the goal of completion by August 2025.
Governor Jin requested, "Please ensure that the factory is built quickly so that it can provide good jobs for county residents, and that the city gas project is completed before winter so that residents in energy-vulnerable areas can have a warm winter." He added, "Please do your utmost to prevent disasters and casualties such as heavy rain and heat waves at worksites during the summer by removing risk factors in advance and taking safety measures for slopes, drainage, and other hazards."
