Daedong Hospital Participates in Busan Cheongkkeul Enterprise Alryeo DREAM

Daedong Hospital (Director Lee Gwangjae) participated in the 'Busan Cheongkkeul Company Introduction DREAM' event held at the BEXCO Exhibition Hall 1 Convention Hall on the 11th.

The city of Busan (Mayor Park Hyungjoon) and the Busan Economic Promotion Agency (President Song Bokcheol) selected the first round of 'Cheongkkeul Companies' in April, based on a survey of local youth regarding their standards for good jobs, including wages, job stability, and work-life balance. Daedong Hospital was the only local medical institution to be selected.

This event was organized to introduce outstanding Busan companies and improve positive perceptions of local businesses by meeting job-seeking youth in person together with these Cheongkkeul Companies.

A total of 20 Cheongkkeul Companies, including Daedong Hospital, Busan Port Labor Management, Yeongdo Industry, Yeongnong, FoodN, and Halla IMS, participated in the event. They operated separate booths to introduce job opportunities, job roles, organizational culture, and employee benefits to young job seekers, and held Q&A sessions.

In addition, various side events were held, including mentoring in fields preferred by youth, lectures on Busan's specialized industry recruitment trends, job counseling, interview consulting, and image consulting.

Jang Yugyeong, head nurse of the ward team at Daedong Hospital, said, "It was a great opportunity to meet and communicate directly with talented individuals who want to pursue their dreams in Busan, together with many outstanding companies in the city," and added, "We will actively work to attract local talent and help alleviate youth unemployment in our community."

Daedong Hospital has been carrying out various activities to create jobs and contribute to regional development, including obtaining Busan City's Excellent Employment Company Certification in 2024 and participating in the 'Future Tomorrow Work Experience Program (Internship Type)' run by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and operated by Doone Job.
