This project aims to alleviate the financial burden on families with multiple children when giving birth and raising kids, and to foster a child-rearing-friendly atmosphere where the local community celebrates together. As of June, 14 companies and organizations have participated, raising 140.2 million KRW to support 67 children from large families.
The Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters of Korea Asset Management Corporation is carrying out various social contribution activities for vulnerable groups in the local community as part of its ESG management.
Deputy Mayor Jang Geumyong said, "We are grateful to Korea Asset Management Corporation for taking an interest in and participating in projects for families with multiple children. So far, 75% of families with three or more children in Changwon have received support from the Dadungi DaHamkke program.
