Incheon Namdong-gu Explores Job Sites in Namdong Industrial Complex to Support Youth Employment
Namdong-gu, Incheon announced on the 7th that it conducted an on-site job exploration of the Namdong Industrial Complex for young people participating in the 'Youth Challenge Support Project' aimed at supporting youth employment.
The Youth Challenge Support Project provides customized programs such as various counseling, life management, motivation, confidence recovery, career exploration, and employment competency enhancement for job-seeking youth aged 18 to 39 who have given up on job searching, helping them participate in economic activities and return to the labor market.
Young people are visiting a Green Food company within Namdong Industrial Complex for a job site exploration and taking a commemorative photo afterward.

The participating youth visited companies within the Namdong Industrial Complex, including Seoul Cosmetics, Infesso, Renault Korea Namdong Maintenance Office, and Green Food, spending time gaining practical job experience and broadening their understanding of job roles. They also met with current employees to discuss various realistic topics related to the companies, the industrial complex, and employment.
