Selected for Ministry of Employment and Labor Public Project... Secured 900 Million KRW in National Funding
Chungnam Province supports customized programs to help young people adapt to society.
The province announced on the 4th that it secured 930 million KRW in national funding after being selected for a public project by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to support youth.
Accordingly, the province will promote the 'Youth Growth Project' to support unemployed youth and help young employees adapt to the workplace.
First, unemployed youth (aged 15-39) will receive support to regain confidence, plan careers, explore career paths, and strengthen employment capabilities to help them find jobs.
Youth who have difficulty adapting to the workplace, have resigned, or want psychological healing due to emotional distress during job searching will be provided with professional psychological counseling.
For young employees new to the workplace, youth-friendly organizational culture education and new employee workplace adaptation training will be offered.
This project will be conducted at 19 educational hubs across the province, and all courses are free of charge.
Youth and companies wishing to participate can apply to the Chungnam Lifelong Education and Talent Development Promotion Institute by October.
